Received my fish last Weds.  I have made prior online purchases of angelfish from another breeder.  Due to various reasons, I came across your online store and often we are reluctant to change because we are afraid of quality, service, etc.  I have to comment that there has been no disappointment with either the quality or service for my recent purchase.  The fish came as expected, good quality and made the transition into my aquarium nicely.  Thanks.

I happened to just stumble across Blackwater Aquatics through an internet search. I feel like I found winner! I had a few questions before I ordered and they made me feel like their only customer. Then when the fish arrived I was even happier! They were bigger and much more colorful than I could have hoped. The whole experience was great! This was my first experience ordering tropical fish through the mail. Before ordering I called with question and a live person actually answered the phone and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. When my fish arrived they were all in great shape except for one that did not survive. I called and John took care of the problem immediately. I ordered additional fish which all arrived in perfect condition. Acclimating instructions are included with each shipment. Follow them exactly “to the letter” and you cannot go wrong. Their angels are great but electric blue Jack Dempsey's they sell are outstanding and I have not found any aquarium shop here in the NY metropolitan area that can come close to selling them at that size for that price!

When I received my order I was a little apprehensive. When I opened the box I really was surprised. The orange marbles were beautiful and a lot larger than I expected. The fish were packed perfect. The best I have seen in all the years I have been a hobbyist. The fish showed no signs of stress. Thanks guys!!!

I have got a 6 Jack Dempsey’s off of Blackwater Aquatics which produced 2 breeding pairs. In addition, my angelfish are all doing well.

I have a few of these Koi angel fish and they are beautiful!! The fish were carefully packaged for their trip and were all alive and happy. I would recommend this fish or any other fish from Blackwater Aquatics.

I have three of these Koi angelfish and they are beautiful. They have grown 1/4 of an inch in one month and all is great. I just ordered two orange marble angelfish. Keep up the good prices and the fish are great!

The first of what will most likely be many orders from Black Water Aquatics arrived today. What a pleasant surprise! The fish are MUCH larger than I expected. Some are larger than silver dollar size and the others are at least half dollar and up. I ordered medium. The packaging of the shipment was superb and the fish arrived without any signs of physical damage. They are somewhat shaken mentally given that the shipper is usually somewhat complacent when handling all packages.
